Prime Ticket is a platform for ensuring and verifying the tickets on offer. All tickets are owned by other people. Our platform authorizes the transfer of ticket ownership from the seller to the buyer and ensures the ticket brokerage process to achieve a safe and unique experience.
When a ticket is added for sale on the website and the price is set, once the buyer pays the ticket price, the amount will be reserved on the website, giving the opportunity to accept or reject the order. When the automatic sale option is activated, no additional approval is required from the seller to send the ticket to the customer.
We release earnings after buyer entry is confirmed / the event concludes, within 2–5 business days to your [payout method/bank] on file.

A secondary-market exchange connecting sellers and buyers. We are not the event organiser and do not set prices. Sellers set prices, which can be above or below face value depending on demand. We use payment hold/escrow: funds are held until buyer receipt/entry is confirmed, then seller earnings are paid within 2–5 business days.
